The very first trip I took after moving to America was to Yosemite National Park. The first time I hiked the Mist Trail to the top of Nevada Falls, I could tell that I was out of shape. It gave me a huge motivation to workout so that I could hike with ease the next time I visited. The second time I visited, I could enjoy the scenery better because I was well prepared. This waterfall is the hallmark of the trail and it reminds me of great times, the outdoors, and the freedom to move and be exhilarated by the beauty of nature.
